    • Winemaking

Vintage 2020 was typified by small crops and great natural acidity. The Blend is 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, matured in 18% new French oak for 12 months prior to bottling in October 2021.

    • Tasting Notes

Medium bodied with a purple hue, this wine is perfumed and fine. On the palate, red and black currants show the higher percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon in this year’s Blend. A touch of coffee and cedar are delicately balanced with a fine tannin finish.
